Metrocare provides a wide array of mental health services, including outpatient clinics, community-based support and rehabilitative programs, housing and homeless services, intensive family services, and long-term support services. Metrocare staff also identify if an individual has both an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) and Mental Illness and make referrals for appropriate services.

Regardless of ability to pay
Metrocare provides care regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. Metrocare accepts multiple forms of payment including Medicaid, Medicare, some private insurance and self-pay options on a sliding fee scale. Initial appointments include a financial assessment to determine what payer source best fits the needs of the individual receiving services.
