This form is for all Prospective Clinical Board Licensure Candidates only.

What is a Board Licensure Candidate: Clinical board licensure applies to those who have successfully passed their respective professional licensing exam to become an LPC-A, LMFT-A, or those who are transitioning from LMSW to LCSW.

The Altshuler Center for Education and Research (ACER) at Metrocare supports the professional growth and development of aspiring licensed professionals. If you are interested in pursuing your clock hours toward board licensure, please email the information below to acer@metrocareservices.org, and an ACER team member will follow up with you.
